PureFlow Network
Terms of Service
Last updated:
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern use of PureFlow Network's website, Telegram Mini App, web dashboard, and network access service. By using the service or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. Read the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy alongside them. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.
2. Service and license
PureFlow Network provides access to encrypted network transport through supported client applications and network nodes. A subscription grants you permission to use the service within your selected plan's term, device limits, and traffic allowance. It does not transfer ownership of PureFlow software or infrastructure. Compatibility and performance depend on your device, client configuration, internet connection, and network conditions.
3. Account security and acceptable use
Keep account access, connection credentials, and private subscription links confidential. You are responsible for activity using your account and for complying with laws applicable to your use. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Do not distribute or resell access credentials without authorization or evade your plan's device and traffic limits.
- Do not use the service for network attacks, malicious software, unauthorized access, unsolicited mass messaging, or infringement of others' rights.
- Do not interfere with the service or attempt to compromise other users or infrastructure.
4. Privacy and operational telemetry
PureFlow provides encrypted transport tunnels. We do not inspect, record, or store the contents of application payloads or personal communications carried inside user packets. This commitment concerns communications content; protocol and header information used for destination identification and routing is processed through the sniffing described below.
Data Plane nodes maintain local transport access logs (access.log). Connection events can contain timestamps, client credential UUIDs, source IP addresses, and destination network endpoints or hostnames. The node telemetry daemon reads source IP addresses and credential identifiers from these logs to track active IPs and enforce concurrent-device limits. Separate traffic counters and the backend telemetry collector aggregate bandwidth usage for quotas and service operation. Operational telemetry supports connection counting, limit enforcement, and node health monitoring.
VLESS inbounds enable HTTP, TLS, and QUIC protocol sniffing for destination identification and routing. This processing reads relevant protocol information; it is not restricted to emergency fallback routes. Destination hostnames may therefore appear in local access logs. We do not claim that transport metadata is never recorded.
When concurrent connection limits are exceeded, security incident records retain source IP addresses, timestamps, and credential identifiers. These records support device-limit enforcement and protection against credential abuse and unauthorized distribution. They are distinct from the live active-IP tracking window.
Operational and account data is not compiled into personal browsing profiles, sold to third parties, or used for commercial behavioral advertising. Our website uses Umami, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel. The Privacy Policy explains website analytics separately, together with account and payment records.
5. Prepaid subscriptions and expiry
PureFlow subscriptions are prepaid digital software licenses for the selected service term and plan limits. Current PureFlow subscriptions do not automatically renew. Access expires automatically at the end of the prepaid term. There are no recurring charges, and no manual cancellation action is required to avoid future fees. You may stop using the service at any time; continued access after expiry requires another purchase.
Your plan and checkout identify the price, currency, duration, and applicable limits. Purchasing another term may extend access. Stopping use of a prepaid license does not itself create a refund entitlement; the Refund Policy and any mandatory rights apply.
6. Payments and Merchants of Record
Whop Inc. and Paddle.com Market Ltd. act as authorized Merchants of Record for international purchases made through their respective platforms, processing payments and applicable statutory sales taxes. The seller and purchase terms shown at checkout apply to that transaction. If you separately purchase a recurring subscription through Whop or Paddle, manage or terminate its renewal in the respective platform customer portal or contact PureFlow support. This conditional arrangement does not make current prepaid PureFlow subscriptions recurring.
7. 7-day technical-failure guarantee
Our 7-day money-back guarantee applies to initial subscription purchases when the service is technically non-functional on your devices and customer support cannot resolve the issue. Submit your request within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase and include the order reference. This is a technical-failure guarantee, not an unconditional refund for every purchase.
Send refund requests and the order reference to @PureFlowVPN_SupportBot, billing@pureflow.net or support@pureflow.net.
Support will assess the reported issue and attempt to restore service on your devices. The Refund Policy describes the request and review process. This guarantee does not replace any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Availability and network changes
Service availability, speed, and access to particular destinations may vary. Maintenance, third-party networks, local restrictions, and device configuration can interrupt access. Routing may change, including use of emergency nodes during disruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or access to every destination.
9. Limits, suspension, and termination
Access may be limited or suspended when a prepaid term expires, a quota is exhausted, credentials exceed concurrent-use limits, or use violates these Terms. Security enforcement may temporarily block affected credentials. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. These measures do not remove applicable refund or mandatory consumer rights.
10. Responsibility and changes to these Terms
The service is supplied on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PureFlow is not responsible for indirect losses or interruptions caused by third-party networks or circumstances outside its control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates to these Terms will be published here with an updated revision date. A later version does not remove rights already attached to a purchase. Contact us if you need clarification about the terms applicable to your order.
11. Operator and contacts
The service operator is PureFlow Network. For account, technical, or renewal assistance contact @PureFlowVPN_SupportBot or support@pureflow.net. For legal inquiries contact legal@pureflow.net.
